Located in Summer Place Neighborhood. The community pool and beach access are just a short walk. Totally remodeled in 2020. Two Master Suites and sizable gathering with ample seating inside and out make for the ideal beach hideaway for families!

The first bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two doubles in each bedroom and private bath.

Upstairs:

The first bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Two of the bedrooms have two queen beds in each with private bath. The fourth bedroom upstairs has one double bed.

Conveniences include new appliances, completely supplied kitchen, regular coffee maker, hot/cold coffee Kuerig, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, Hi Speed Wi-Fi and gas grille. Getting the best rental value:

  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
