To help provide a peaceful and enchanting experience for our guests and neighbors, we ask that all guests respect the following policies:

• Primary Guest Must Be 25 or Older
The person booking and signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.

• Guest Communication
We personally communicate by text or phone with prospective guests before a reservation is finalized. Please respond promptly to any questions we may have regarding your stay.

If we are unable to complete this communication or determine that the reservation is not a good fit for our home and neighborhood, we may be unable to approve the booking.

• No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the property.

• No Animals
Family Pets are not allowed at this property.

• Linens & Towels Included
Bed linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
