The entirety of the second level makes up the final unit of this home. This floor of the home is accessible by using the stairs on the left side of the home to the back deck, then entering through the door using your unique code on the keypad.

This home can sleep 6 guests total. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 King bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combination, the other room with 2 Queen beds also with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, creating two "master" bedrooms!

The huge living space features an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen features a sizable island with 4 bar stools. seamlessly flowing through to the dining area seating 6 more, then continuing to the living area with a sectional couch. This floor has a 65" TV with swivel mount to position for painless viewing, plus streaming services! Laundry is located on the interior of this home.

Additional Shared Spaces-
There is an outdoor shower at the rear of the home that can be shared between the three units, along with a hose to wash feet before trekking sand inside!

Parking-
There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking is in the driveway directly to the left side of the home. You will park one car in front of the other.

Keyless Entry-
Guests will be supplied a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door.
