Escape to a striking and roomy getaway that offers an open floor plan, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, private parking, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of this located just a short walk from the beach and with a community pool! This bright and airy condo is just a couple of rows from the ocean and mins. from the canal side. Nearby stores and eateries ensure that you won't need to leave the island.

The main living areas are set up as an open concept making the space feel even more bright and cavernous. The comfortable living room gets tons of natural light and has plenty of seating options for your group. The full kitchen is completely equipped with all of the essentials you'd need to appreciate a home cooked meal. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 6.

There are 2 bedrooms in the condo, each with it's own private full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a soaking tub and walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has two separate beds.

You'll appreciate spending time outdoors, whether it's on the huge deck where you can bask in the ocean breeze or at the community pool where you can soak in the sun.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo.
