The roomy, modern kitchen is entirely equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and ample counter space, making meal preparation a enjoyment. The dining table comfortably seats ten, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. Wood floors run throughout the home, with tile in the bathrooms, adding both elegance and durability. Each of the five bedrooms includes its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. The master bathroom features a sizable, handicap-friendly shower that accommodates wheelchair access.
Outdoor living is just as inviting, with plenty of deck and porch space offering both sunny and shaded areas to relax and savor the coastal breeze. Additional amenities include flat-screen TVs throughout the home, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry room, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, picnic table, charcoal grille, and comfortable deck and porch seating. Family-friendly features such as a high chair and pack-n-play are also supplied. Beach access is located between 155 & 157 Ocean Boulevard West for an painless walk to the shore.
