The private pool (open from Easter - October) and oceanside hot tub make this home ideal year-round. Savor a meal on the porch while you watch the waves, catch an ocean breeze on the covered upstairs porch, or watch a movie on a 60-inch flat screen. The inverted floor plan of this Hobbs Intelligent Home offers a roomy, comfortable living room upstairs with vistas of the Atlantic, a well-designed kitchen with counter dining for five, and a dining area that seats up to 12. Flat screens in each bedroom and an iPod-ready stereo complete the picture. Spend your Beach Daze here! Stunning interior décor, a pool bar area, comfortable outdoor loungers, and a complimentary-standing ice maker add to the comfort of this home! Luxury vinyl floor throughout!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
