New tankless hot water heater and propane gas. Rooftop deck: Great for vistas of the sunrise and sunset, a great place to hangout after the beach, or appreciate the evening under the stars. 8 impressive composite Adirondack chairs and modest drink table.

This home is in an ideal location to walk just about everyplace on the island. Only a short walk to the eateries on the island, as well as the complimentary concerts, the Ice Cream shop, coffee shop, rental shop and Candy store.

Besides having the beach and ocean, golf is only mins. away to Lockwood Folly and Carolina National golf courses. Boat units and charters are available for some of the best fishing on the east coast.
