Recently refreshed and thoughtfully arranged, this home offers simple canal access for docking a boat while remaining just a short walk from the beach—providing the best of both worlds.

The main living level features a roomy great room with expansive canal vistas, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. One bedroom and a full bathroom are also located on this level. Upstairs, a comfortable sitting area leads to two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom, creating a cozy layout for families or modest groups.

The enclosed basement serves as a fun recreation space, complete with a pool table and TV—ideal for entertainment after a day on the water or at the beach. Outdoor living is enhanced with front and back porches as well as multiple decks, offering inviting spaces to relax and take in the scenery.

Bed linens and bath mats are included for weekly units. Towels are not supplied but may be rented through Coastal Vacations.

Exterior lift by the front stairs and the exterior boat are not available for guest use. Strict 3pm check-in.
