Your family will adore gathering together in the sizable kitchen, showcasing a granite center island with enough room for everybody to appreciate creating delicious comfortable meals and dining together! Other kitchen niceties include modern lighting, maple cabinetry, granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, wolf wine cooler, gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, and so much more! On the street side of the kitchen you will find a sunroom which offers a desk for those that may need to work, or children who need to complete school tasks. You will also find seating for 4 which accepts you to sit back and take a break. The half bath can be found on this level as well.
