On the 2nd level you will find the main living room, sitting room and dining room offering an open living concept with amazingly captivating ocean vistas that will keep you returning to this awesome coastal getaway year after year! Your family will appreciate gathering together in the sizable kitchen, showcasing a granite center island with enough room for everybody to savor creating delicious gourmet meals and dining together! On the street side of the kitchen you will find a sunroom which offers a desk for those that may need to work, or kids who need to complete school tasks. You will also find seating for 4 which accepts you to sit back and take a break. The half bath can be found on this level as well. The huge Master bedroom is located on the 2nd level, offering a king size bed, sitting area and private bathroom with a double vanity, bidet, bespoke walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.
