Recently refreshed, "Atlantis" is a comfortable upper ocean view home that offers convenient access to the beach, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the famed Tiki Bar. The public beach access is directly across the street from this property and guests will appreciate the convenience of the close by Veggie Wagon that has fresh local produce, fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, premade meals to take to the beach, and island roast organic coffee.

The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The updated living area features an open concept great room which works wonderfully for gathering the family together. The modernized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a cavernous island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to relax or savor your favorite movie. There is a Full-size couch bed that accepts the living room to double as an additional sleeping area for bigger families.

There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers - a ideal for calming! The primary bedroom features a cozy King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV so that you can spread out and catch up on your favorite shows.

Carolina Beach is located on the southeastern tip of North Carolina, on photogenic Pleasure Island. This family-friendly beach is ideal for surfing, fishing and collecting seashells. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not supplied automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).

  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. To get the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
