Welcome to our beach home(condo)!! We are so happy to share our dream with you. You will have so much fun during your stay. Savor the beach front pool that is just steps away from your front door. The pool has full sun all day. There are two very convenient beach accesses on either side of the property. (a wooden walk over and a blue beach mat for painless pulling of beach gear). Recent updates and new furnishings. Play all day and relax at nighttime after a sunset walk!!! Friday to Friday Rental
Other things to note
Arriving on Friday accepts for you to get set up and appreciate a peaceful Saturday on the Beach while everybody else is coming and going. This creates a casual start to your vacation.

• Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, consider changing your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your holiday.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
