Step inside and you'll be greeted by a charmingly designed interior showcasing modern coastal decor. The vibrant living area offers a cozy spot for game or movie nights, furnished with two comfortable couches and a 65" Intelligent TV. Cook and entertain in style in the cavernous kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, from cooking appliances to silverware, this kitchen has everything you need. Coffee lovers will savor having their choice of a Nespresso Vertuo or Keurig/drip coffeemaker ensuring you can appreciate your favorite brew just the way you like it. Additionally, there's an irresistible nugget ice maker, ideal for keeping your drinks cool and invigorating. A monitor is also available for those who need to catch up on work. Each bedroom features ceiling fans and upgraded linens, providing a restful place to sleep after your day at the beach.

This property also features a private floating dock with deep-water access (Boat lift is not available for guests' use). You can dock your boat, launch a kayak, paddleboard, fish, or simply relax and float in the afternoon sun. Additionally, a fish cleaning station is located on the dock to help you prep your catch for dinner at either the gas or charcoal grille.
