???? Oceanfront condo on Oak Island just steps from the sand. SEA BREEZE OKI is a relaxing beachfront hideaway ideal for couples or families looking to relax by the water. Savor rare vistas of both sunrise and sunset, private beach access, and the ability to walk to eateries, ice cream, stores, and more.

The Space

☀️ Wake up to enchanting sunrises over the Atlantic and appreciate striking sunsets from this part of Oak Island. With private beach access and a seasonal pool, you can park the car once and relax. Eateries, ice cream, groceries, fishing, and bicycle units are all within walking distance.

???? Working from home? Not a problem. Access our WiFi and work from the outdoor deck, the dining room table with a view of the water, or the dedicated workspace in the second bedroom for a quieter experience.

Our community offers an elevator in our building only, outdoor charcoal grilles, outdoor showers, a gazebo, and an outdoor pool that is open seasonally. The pool typically closes at the end of September. These amenities are controlled and maintained by the HOA.

Minimum stay requirements vary by season. Feel complimentary to message us if you need help finding available dates.

We also offer an optional concierge service that can shop and stock the kitchen and carry your bags up to the room. Please send us a message if you are interested in these services.

The covered oceanfront deck is the ideal place for morning coffee, dolphin spotting, or simply relaxing with the sound of the waves. Guests appreciate the painless beach access, calming ocean sounds, and the ability to walk to many Oak Island eateries and stores.

Comfortably sleeps 4 with a king bed and two twin beds, with a pullout couch available for additional guests.

Off the main hall is a full bathroom, washer, dryer, and pantry.

The full-size kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.

The living room features a dining table with seating for six, a queen-size pullout couch, a 55-inch intelligent TV, and an electric fireplace.

Feel complimentary to use our storage closet located on the ground level to store your beach gear, or use the items we provide during your stay.

Fires are allowed on the beach from November 16 through April 30 with a permit that can be obtained through the town. (Check the Town of Oak Island website for more details.)

On the grounds of Southern Shore Villas you will find complimentary covered designated parking, outdoor showers, barbecues, and a covered outdoor seating area.

Oak Island has instituted paid parking at the public beach access spots from April 1 through September 30 from 9 AM – 5 PM. You will not need a pass to park at our condo. We are as close to the beach as you can get without getting wet! If you would like a parking permit for other locations, you will need to obtain one from the Town of Oak Island in person or on their website.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive use of this condo and seasonal use of the community pool.

The Neighborhood

We are conveniently located within walking distance of Dairy Queen, gift stores, candy stores, supermarkets, and eateries.

Getting Around

Park the car once and walk to the beach or close by stores. There are bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, and golf cart units available right on the island.

Note: Charging stations are not allowed here.

Other Things to Note

The linen package, which includes linens and towels for both the kitchen and bathroom, will be delivered by a third event to the front door on or before your arrival date.

Sheets and towels are included for up to 4 guests. Additional guests require an additional $25 per guest (max. 2 additional guests).

We will provide a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
