This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide amazing exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best vistas to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space.

After a peaceful, leisurely day at the beach you can scout the awesome eateries that surround the area. Walk the boardwalk to watch the weekly fireworks , listen to music, shop or visit Britts Donuts...a rite of passage since 1939 and rated one of the top ten in the country.
