When you walk in, the first thing you'll see is your "tranquility" of the Atlantic Ocean. On this floor is a living room, attractively refreshed kitchen, and a bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin, and also has it's own balcony with pretty vistas of the marsh and waterway. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.

On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The roomy master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and a private deck with an striking view of the ocean. The guest room is also cavernous, and has two full sized beds.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

How to get the best rental value:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Booking in Fall or Spring months is a good way to save on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties.
