Inside, the open floor plan creates a welcoming space for gathering and unwinding. The home has been gorgeously refreshed with fresh furnishings, updated floor, new carpeting, paint, and HD flat-screen TVs throughout. The bedroom layout is ideal for one or two families, with each bedroom featuring its own private bathroom. The third bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a king bed plus a twin with trundle—ideal for adults or kids alike.

Golf access is available for additional costs with the Membership; Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to review their NEW rules & costs. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly with questions. We do not control club prices, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be supplied if club membership is restricted or denied.

-Washashore is a no frills oceanfront property with amazing vistas, a giant deck and a impressive location. It is not a luxury home, and the rate reflects that. Please note that refunds aren’t issued for expectations of higher-end features or finishes.

-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

-Be respectful of the home and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

-No events or events- If determined that a event/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

-If determined that a event took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

-No uninvited guests without permission.

-Shoals Club is not included with the rental of this home.
