Our guests are OUR priority!! Simple access, ground level Champion's Villa completely refreshed and ready as a first year rental. This end unit overlooks the natural surroundings of the 16th green on the Willard Bryd course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The Villa offers 1450 square feet of living space with an open and roomy living/dining/kitchen combined area, a completely equipped kitchen if you are visitors that prepare full meals, a full-size washer and dryer, plus a private sunroom conveniently located just a short walk away from the pools and the Activity Center. Recently installed laminate wood floor in the living room, sunroom and kitchen, newly painted and additional clean. Private secure Internet access supplied. Two-queen beds with private bath in the main part of the Villa and two additional queen beds in the adjoining room with full bath. The adjoining room is complete with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, dining for two, sitting area with flat screen TV and work station accepting for all of our guests to have their own privacy and spaces to relax.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this villa is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book a Southport rental home & When to go:

  • Summer time is high season in the Southport area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
