Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature two double beds in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own cavernous bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a completely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. This Club Villa two-bedroom villa is ground level.

All guests must sign an Affordable Extensive Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Generous Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Substantial Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and motor boating nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • To book the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
