The condo (located across from the Morningstar Marina) provides you a relaxing space that is just a short walk away from the Southport Historic Yacht Basin and downtown business district. Dining and shopping options are generous at the Yacht Basin, on Howe and Moore Streets which are all within walking distance. We adhere to Vrbo's most lenient cancellation policy, providing full refunds for guests/travelers who cancel before 14 days of arrival. We will adjust/edit your reservations if needed. The condo features intelligent TVs throughout (3 total), a comfortable king size bed in the primary (en suite) bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a huge accessible step-in shower. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with private access to a bath that has a huge whirlpool soaking tub with shower. There are 9" grab bars in both bathing areas and a shower bench if needed. The toilets in both bathrooms are comfort height and an elevated toilet seat is available for those who may need additional height accommodations. All linens/towels are supplied. Each bedroom has a enormous walk-in closet to store all your belongings.

The living room area has a couch, recliner and 2 comfortable chairs providing plenty of seating options. There is a 4-chair dining area with a glass top table and a bar area with 4 barstools.

There are 2 electrical coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig single cup), and a french press is available. A toaster, kettle, and microwave are also supplied.
