The five broad sliding glass doors provide a striking view of the water from the kitchen/dining and living room. Vistas from the bedrooms lookout on the tops of gorgeous, old live oak trees and the main bedroom includes a second private deck ideal for sunbathing and looking out at the Southport Marina oak trees, docks, and yacht works.

Southport is tucked away on the southeastern coast of North Carolina offering you the chance to vacation in a modest, handsome, historic fishing community that really is idyllic. The condo (located across from the Southport Marina) provides you a calming space that is just a short walk away from the Southport Yacht Basin and downtown business district. Dining and shopping options are generous at the Yacht Basin, on Howe and Moore Streets which are all within walking distance. The building provides tons of amenities including an elevator.

As owners and managers of Pelican Harbor, we are committed to providing every guest a clean, comfortable, relaxing environment. We welcome kids, dogs, and adults. It is important that you feel safe in order to rest & relax during your time in this Harborside condo. We personally clean the unit ourselves and have a thorough cleaning process that follows CDC guidelines. Our cleaning process is part of our commitment to you through the rental contract agreement.

We adhere to Vrbo's most lenient cancellation policy, providing full refunds for guests/travelers who cancel before 14 days of arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation, we request that you initiate this action through the Vrbo online platform.

The condo features intelligent TVs throughout (3 total), a comfortable king size bed in the primary (en suite) bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a huge accessible step-in shower. There are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom with private access to a bath that has a enormous whirlpool soaking tub with shower. There is a shower bench and elevated toilet seat for those who may need additional accommodations. All linens/towels are supplied. Each bedroom has a sizable walk-in closet to store all your belongings.

The living room area has a couch, recliner and 3 comfortable chairs providing plenty of seating options. There is a 4-chair dining area with a glass top table and a bar areas with 4 barstools.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots, pans, glasses and coffee mugs providing all the essential housewares required for your extended stay. A convection glass top stove/oven provides you the opportunity to prepare and bake if you choose to stay in instead of going out to the local eateries. There are 2 coffee makers, a toaster and a microwave.

Additional features include washer/dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, elevator access, and reserved covered 2 car bay and additional parking in the back parking lot. If your family requires additional sleeping arrangements, a queen size deluxe Aerobed with linens is available upon request.
