This handsome condo overlooks the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and is walkable to a wide variety of eateries. The balcony is ideal to gae off at the waves crashing in the ocean and to relax on after a long day exploring all of the many things Carolina Beach has to offer!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo proves that you can have it all on your next vacation! There are two queen bedrooms with bathrooms attached and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. The completely supplied kitchen is ideal to prepare a family dinner, or if you want to dine out during your stay, you can take a short walk (or drive!) to various eateries. The living room features a sizable flat screen tv that will not disappoint during a movie nighttime and different board game options to gather around and play. One of the best features of this condo is the private balcony overlooking the Boardwalk area. It's the ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee!

Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise everything in the condo is available to use.

This unit is self check in. Hosts will be available through messaging.

There is one designated parking spot for the condo.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Elevator Information
This property includes an elevator for guest convenience. In the rare event of a power outage or mechanical service interruption, stair access may be required. Temporary elevator outages are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
