Inside you'll savor the open living space featuring wood floors, bright, natural light and a mounted 65 " inch flat screen intelligent TV. The close by dining area features a table that effortlessly accommodates six and the adjacent kitchen gleams with quartz countertops, wine refrigerator, bar seating, and loads of counter space. There's also a additional sunroom with an additional 50-inch intelligent TV that is the ideal spot for movies, comfortable conversations or a fast nap.

Upstairs the Owner's Suite features a King bed, a 42-inch intelligent TV, a spa-like bath and a private balcony with gorgeous ocean vistas- an ideal place for morning coffee, dolphin watching or late nighttime stargazing. The second suite offers two Queen beds and another private full bath. Bonnie Dune's additional amenities include: WIFI, a Bluetooth home stereo system, games and reading library, beach chairs/beach umbrella, outdoor shower and a six-passenger golf cart. Cost saving strategies:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Book your vacation in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
