When to go & When to reserve a Southport rental home:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
