This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting, the driveway holding up to 4 cars. There is a private pool with ample seating and a great view. This property offers a dreamy setting to make memories! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor includes a modern, comfortable den and laundry room. The elevator goes to all levels making this property handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. Savor dinner with the whole family in this open kitchen/living room on the top floor. Windows all around to enjoy the light from sunrise to sunset! This home has a keyless entry for simple guest access. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, host your family or guests by grilling out with the propane grille. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price.
