This one bedroom sleeps 4 with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare a full meal. Roku/Intelligent TV, complimentary parking, private beach access, pullout sleeper couch. Bring your fur infant along for the fun! Animals allowed with a fee.

MK and Spencer are available for you at all times, as well as an onsite team that lives close by for emergencies. Please keep communication via the app when possible!

*IF you leave the door to the balcony open the HVAC coil will freeze and it cannot cool the condo. If we have to send out a tech to repair the unit and the coils are indeed frozen YOU forit your security deposit and it will be used to cover the cost of the repair!*
*Dogs under 20lbs ONLY, $100 for one dog and $125 for two. Max two. Please leave the pet cleaning fee in cash at the time of checking out.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
• Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
