  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
