Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two cars or for cars that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they always love to hear your praise.
