Humble By The Sea” is a delightful traditional style beach bungalow located in the West Beach area of Oak Island. It has impressive wood floors throughout and is brand new for the 2019/2020 season with a complete update inside and out. Updating includes new kitchen, electrical, plumbing, floors, walls, linens, artwork, etc. Luxurious details, nautical theme, and soft grey decor with white trim give this home a calming, comfortable ambiance.

The ground level offers covered parking and one enclosed hot/cold outside shower with changing area. All rooms are located on the main level and include a kitchen and living room in the main living area, two full bathrooms and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twin roll-away beds if needed.

When to visit Oak Island & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.
