Private beach access is located directly across the street from the home.

A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing-off after pool sessions and trips to the beach. There is an additional refrigerator downstairs in the storage room available to guests.

The open living area showcases recessed ceilings and strong natural lighting designed to offer light and airy ambiance for group gatherings.
