The inverted floor plan of this Hobbs Intelligent Home, as well as the covered and open porches, offer spectacular ocean and shoreline vistas. Private oceanside pool with deck and lounge chairs is open Easter - October. Savor the exotic island motif and opulent touches throughout. The kitchen includes a Crock-pot and Keurig. This home provides true southern #Hobbspitality to guests. You'll find the home already outfitted with bottled water in the refrigerator, as well as soap by every sink, and a starter set of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! Fireplace in photos not operable and not part of the rental. Home is near an inlet and beachfront and distance to the beach and ocean are subject to change. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Oceanfront properties in close proximity to an ocean inlet are subject to rapid and substantial changes in dune structure and distance to the beach strand.
