The third-floor getaway includes a king bedroom with a full bath.

Additional amenities include a sizable pool , a gourmet kitchen open to the living and dining area, ceiling fans and TVs in all bedrooms, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable, washer and dryer, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining and entertaining area with a gas grille.
