This impressive new build will take your breath away the moment you step inside. This home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, with a pool, outdoor Tiki bar, and open floor concept! The home is complete with lavish ocean vistas, you'll wake up each day feeling like you're living a dream while being just steps away from the ocean!



The five well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests.



On the first floor, guests will appreciate spending time in the completely supplied wet bar, hanging out on the sectional couch, an assortment of games that everybody in your group will appreciate, there's something for everybody. It's the ideal space to let loose and create memories that will last a lifetime. Also on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms.



You will find the first bedroom has a Queen and two Twin bunk beds up top. Alongside you'll find the next has a bedroom with a queen bed. These bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom has a King size bed and also has an en suite bathroom equipped with a walk in shower.

The top floor has two bedrooms with King size beds.

On this top floor you will find the primary suite that has an en suite bathroom with a striking walk in shower.

The other bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

All the bedrooms have Intelligent TV’s.



The completely equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting modern appliances, including 2 dishwashers, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Savor culinary creations at the broad eat-in kitchen table and island, or take advantage of the outdoor dining on the 2nd floor. This kitchen is entirely equipped with all essential kitchenware, prepping and cleaning up after meals will be a breeze, even for huge groups!



The living room features comfortable seating, a enormous flat-screen Intelligent TV, and sizable windows that flood the space with natural light.

There is also a storage closet fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and beach toys for your stay!



As a guest at “Blue Heaven”, you'll also have access to “The Resort at OIB” community's luxury center and ocean front pool, located adjacent to the property. Take advantage of the additional pool access, bathrooms, a crab dock, and private beach access to enhance your vacation experience.

Want to Turn Up the Heat?

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.



Gas Pool Heat: $150/day during peak and off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.



Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk
