About this Property

**FOR 2021: New queen bed and box spring, washer and dryer, and paint throughout. FOR 2019: New vinyl plank floor throughout and new paint. Fresh paint outdoor as well.** Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 1st floor (least amount of steps), cavernous two bedroom, two bath condo includes 4 sliders (2 overlooking the sea and 1 in each bedroom) that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed dogs and cats are welcome (additional fee) and RELAXATION is mandatory!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 40” HDTV with a DVD player in the living room, a 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and a TV with DVD player in the second bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The home has wireless internet, COMPLIMENTARY-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two cars. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Come with your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and includes the High Tide Parlor Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their cars right on the sand and family dogs and cats are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (eateries, stores, rides, games, and pier) including the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**
