The property is located on the southern end of Carolina Beach away from all of the hustle and bustle of the north end traffic (two streets away from Kure beach). Appreciate ocean vistas from nearly every room in the home. Property has its own private deck with private entrance/exit to lower garden/dog run. Savor the handsome wood deck that overlooks the ocean. Brand new bar height table and chairs on deck to savor the striking vistas. Storage shed with beach essentials and charcoal grille can be found downstairs. Surfboard lock box on deck. Traveling with infant? No need to bring gear! Infant gear rental through BabyQuip. Inside you will find flat screen TV's with app access. No need to pack bottled water as the condo provides a water dispenser. Keurig coffee pot is included (uses pods for single cup or grounds to make a whole pot). Pretty wood floors are throughout the home complimented by refreshed bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. Master and front rooms have queen beds. Middle bedroom has a twin over full bed with twin trundle. This provides sleeping for up to 8 people. Queen air bed can be supplied if needed for an additional two person sleeping. Linens and towels are supplied, as well as many amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as a partially outfitted kitchen. On site private washer and dryer with laundry soap.
