The king suite has a private balcony from bedroom overlooking the beach with 2 egg chair swings & 2 patio chairs.

Primary King Suite 2 (2nd level facing canal):
High-end, medium firm, hybrid, King bed with quality linens and plenty of pillows and blankets. 55” Intelligent TV, Ceiling Fan, Wireless Charger, Grandiose Tile Shower, detachable Moen Hand-Held Showerhead, Glass Shower Door, and Hairdryer. Pack n Play included in huge walk-in closet. This king suite has a private, furnished balcony overlooking the pool and backyard.

King Bedroom #3 (first level facing canal)
High-end king bed, 43” Intelligent TV, Remote controlled Ceiling Fan, and private Furnished porch overlooking the pool. Full bathroom right outside the door.

Queen Bedroom #4 (first level ocean side) with private en-suite bathroom & private facing the ocean. Intelligent TV, plenty of linens with phone charging stations in nightstands.

Bedroom 5 Bunkroom (first level)
Twin over Double Bunk Beds, PS4 gaming, Ceiling Fan, Wireless Charger and 43” Intelligent TV, Cable. Full bathroom right outside the door. Twin size cot with 5” memory foam bed and pack n play available for additional sleeping space.

3rd Floor Living Space:
Custom Designed, Gourmet Kitchen, Pantry, Gas Range, with all amenities needed for huge family meals or fast bites of eat on the go. Full “coffee bar” with Jura semi-automatic espresso machine, traditional coffee pot / k cup brewers, French press, milk frother and hot water kettle. Island seats 4 and bar top seats an additional 4.

Dining Room:
8 person table with half bath next to the dry bar with plenty of glassware for wine, beer, and coctails.

Dining Balcony with view of the canal (striking at sunset) has a 6-person dining table for additional seating for sizable groups.

Family Room:
Sizable Sectional Couch for plenty of seating, 75” Sony XBR Intelligent TV, with local channels and streaming apps.

Entire space is accessible to guests. Pool is shared with only 5 other units, only 2 of which are units.

Available to help at any point during guests stay.

Pet friendly with $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. Fee must be paid prior to checkin or a total of $250 if pet is present and not on reservation.

The Carport has EV charger for electric cars and outlets available for charging rental golf carts.

Brand New Golf cart for rent. Message us to inquire for availability since we share the golf cart between two locations based on first come, first serve basis. Daily rate is $90, weekly rate is $450.

COMPLIMENTARY early check-in starting at 3 pm (rather than 4pm) if cleaners are done OR no booking the nighttime before. Check-in from noon on is $100 and 9 am on for $150. For late check-out, (also based on availability), you get two additional hours (until noon) for $100. Please let us know if you wish to check in early, or to check out late to see availability.
No parking on grass or in the street. Paid parking if guest has more than 3 cars/suv`s is 2 blocks down. For additional complimentary parking options message us.

Pet fee must be paid in advance or additional fee may be applied. Pet fee is $150 for up to two dogs. A third dog may be allowed with host approval for an additional $150.

Please clean up after you pet in the yard and all family pets must be on leashes when outside.

No smoking inside. If smoking occurs a $250 feet with be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking allowed outside but please dispose of cigarette butts cleanly / safely.

Early check-in or late checkout may be offered at a modest additional fee. Message host for price and approval. We won’t be able to confirm until a day or two prior in high season.

HOA fines us $100 for parking in the grass. Please only park in the carport area for our unit to avoid the $100 fine.

Late checkouts more than 30 mins. will be charged an additional fee if $100 due to cleaners charging for time waiting to get in to turnover the home.
