Please clean up after you pet in the yard and all family pets must be on leashes when outside.
No smoking inside. If smoking occurs a minimum of $300 fee with be charged for smoke remediation. If extensive remediation is needed charge will equal our invoice cost. Smoking allowed outside but please dispose of cigarette butts cleanly / safely.
Early check-in or late checkout may be offered at a modest additional fee. Message host for price and approval. We won’t be able to confirm until a day or two prior in high season.
HOA fines us $100 for parking in the grass. Please only park in the carport area for our unit to avoid the $100 fine.
Late checkouts more than 30 mins. will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour to pay cleaners for waiting.
