This handsome constructed home is located in the beautiful Braemar area, on the way to East Beach, it's a second-row beauty with great vistas and brand new décor. We probably get more accolades about this home than any other. Immaculate. Top of the line. Well equipped. Finest of everything. We hear it all.
The living area is on the second floor to maximize vistas. And there are tons of decks and porches for outdoor living and entertaining. Each bedroom has its own full bath. TVs in every bedroom and an oversize flat screen in the living room. The downstairs living area has a queen-size pullout couch for additional sleeping. The kids rooms has two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen TV for games and movies. Just steps away from the private walkway to the secluded beach that's used just by adjacent homeowners. You have to experience this home to see what they mean.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in Bald Head Island. Booking your Southport vacation home in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
  • Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
