This home has VT floor throughout, central heat and air-conditioning, a washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels, intelligent TVs (streaming with guest own login), and complimentary WiFi. Bunk bed room has a TV that accepts devices to hook to it - it is NOT a intelligent TV
