The Lee Cottage is a gorgeous second-row beach getaway, ideal for modest families or a close group of friends looking to appreciate Holden Beach with ease and convenience. Ideally located near the bridge, this home accepts for fast travel on and off the island and is within walking distance of eateries, ice cream stores, beach rental stores, a coffee shop, the park, and local concerts.

This comfortable bungalow features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a double bed—and one full bathroom with a tub and shower. The open living, dining, and kitchen area creates a cozy space to relax and spend time together. The kitchen is equipped with modest appliances, a microwave, and everything needed for simple vacation meals. Additional amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and a stereo/radio.

Step outside and savor the covered porch with rocking chairs, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Outdoor features also include a charcoal grille, picnic area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Private beach access is located directly across the street between 205 & 207 OBW, making trips to the sand quick and painless.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are supplied for weekly units only. Towels are not supplied but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with weekly units and contains starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once the starter supplies are used.
