* Management will reside on the property in a separate dwelling for any needed repairs.

The Flotilla is a 1500 sqft home that consists of 3 bedrooms, all bedrooms have King beds, 2 full baths, a living room with 1 queen sleeper couch, a kitchen and a dining room. Linens are supplied for all beds and bathrooms (1 blanket, 1 sheet set, 2 pillows per bed & 8 towels per bathroom).
The home has a shared wall, like a duplex with another vrbo, it is located on the right side of the main home. There will be no contact or communication between you and the other vrbo, everything has its own private entrance and patio, nothing is shared. ⭐️Each bedroom has a new Roku intelligent Tv's with Netflix.
The left side of the property is sectioned off for the use of the property managers so they can provide fast and accurate services if needed.
⭐️ The home sleep 8 adults comfortably, the max. number of allowed guests is 12. Although we allow 12 guests, we only supply lines for up to 8 guests. You are responsible for additional guest sleeping accommodations and additional linens. PLEASE READ THE "WE PROVIDE " SECTION BELOW
????kids are welcome in the home, but must ALWAYS be under adult supervision.
The home has a handsome sun porch, a 6 ft privacy fenced in courtyard, along with a grilling / picnic area with chairs and a picnic table . We are located 6 blocks from the beach access, the boardwalk, and 2 blocks from the local park with a walking/bicycle trail, dog park, soccer fields, baseball fields, Skate board park, tennis and basketball courts.

???? Parking is directly in front of the home in the circular driveway. The Left side of the circular driveway is for management parking / 24-hour access to the property.
PLEASE do not BLOCK this part of the driveway.

???? Entry to the home is key-less accepting you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule . The key-less code will be sent to you by 4pm in a Vacation Rental By Owner message the day of your arrival.

Mike chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3-mile paved walking / bicycle trail.
We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events.

It is very simple to get around the Island. Most people travel by bicycle, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Units and Sun fun units. You can bicycle or golf cart to all destination on Carolina beach.

*We are also close to Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike numerous trails, launch your boat and Kayak.

*There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo nighttime, fireworks every Thursday, complimentary movies at the lake and complimentary summer concerts. More info. about events, eateries and activities will be included in the home when you arrive.

Located in Carolina Beach, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking, scuba diving, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
