This floor also homes two King Owner Suites. Both pamper with their own snuggly sitting/reading space, private waterfront deck egress, huge closets and full baths with his- and-her granite vanities, walk-in tile showers and water closets.

Downstairs, an oversize laundry/mudroom, right off the garage/outdoor shower area, is great for getting sand off after a day at the beach.
