Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, which include their own private bath.

All bedrooms and the living room include tv's with cable. There are 2- 4 passenger golf carts and 1- 6 pass golf cart, beach gear and access to the BHI Club and the Shoals Club. Memberships to the clubs are an additional fee.
