The main level provides a welcoming front porch plus the bright and open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, all with striking vistas of Banks Channel. A queen bedroom includes water vistas and a Roku intelligent TV. The last bedroom is a bunk bedroom with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. The ground level includes the dock with gazebo, boat slip, and waterfront deck with sitting area. The covered back patio provides a cool getaway from the sun with outdoor shower and fenced in backyard creating the ideal spot to have that waterfront cookout you've been dreaming about. You'll also have access to kayaks to appreciate exploring the beautiful waters, as well as bicycles to cruise around the island. The garage has parking for 2 cars, and additional full size refrigerator, and all the beach equipment you'll need. Elevator access is on the ground level, adding convenience for loading your groceries and suitcases upstairs. Driveway parking for 2-3 more cars (depending on car size). Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.
