Long known as an economical Oceanfront Community, Sea Colony offers one of the most roomy and lush grounds than you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a handsome oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front winow wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will adore spending time on the enormous 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the elegant Atlantic Ocean. Appreciate the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and magnificent landscaping with broad green lawns. The location has simple access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample lighted parking for 2 cars in the parking area requires a entirely displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season in order to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

 Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
