Southern Seaclusion is a spotless, completely equipped beach home designed for families who don't want to compromise. The open-concept main living area is bright and airy, with a entirely supplied kitchen, comfortable seating, fast WiFi throughout, and everything you need from day one — no hunting for a corkscrew or an additional towel.

A private in-home elevator makes every floor accessible for grandparents, guests with mobility needs, or anyone hauling a week's worth of beach gear and groceries up from the car — more on that below. The fenced backyard gives little ones (and adults) space to relax after the beach, with a fire pit for evening s'mores and a private outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before coming inside.

Getting to the Beach

The beach is an painless half-mile away — a fast walk, a short bicycle ride, or a 2-min. drive. Oak Island's beaches are uncrowded and genuinely beautiful. Note: from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the town charges for public beach parking/access points — just scan the QR code posted at the lot to pay, no cash needed. Parking at the home is always complimentary, with a carport that fits up to 3 cars.

This home was thoughtfully set up with accessibility in mind. The private elevator provides full floor-to-floor access without any stairs. Both bathrooms feature grab handles, and one includes a roll-in shower with a constructed-in seat — ideal for wheelchair users or guests who need additional bathroom support.
