Master suite has wall of windows leading to sizable private porch. Great room with game table. Kids TV area, 7 ceiling fans, 3 TVs. Movie channels, WIFI, 2 covered ocean side porches, 2 sundecks & sundeck near the beach access. Rockers, picnic table, charcoal and gas grilles (guest provides all fuel), enclosed outdoor shower, 7-car parking. Book both sides to accommodate 24 (connecting door between Fins Left and Right). (Pool Heater with Surcharge)

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.
