In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:
Located directly on the border of North Carolina and South Carolina’s coasts, Calabash is known as the “Seafood Capital of the World”. This modest fishing town originated "Calabash-Style" seafood, a distinctive style of fried seafood of clams, fish, shrimp, and oysters dipped in a light, flavorful batter and fried quickly. The Calabash River borders the southern part of town, where shrimp boats dock daily during the season, selling fresh-caught treasures. The family-friendly community is proud of its culinary connection, featured at local seafood eateries along Beach Drive and River Road. Be sure to try one of the original riverside eateries like Captain Nance's Seafood for crisp, authentic Calabash seafood and vistas of fishing boats. Although seafood and fishing certainly bring this community together, Calabash offers so much more for visitors, with close by Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Cherry Grove Beach, Swamp Park, Ingraham Aquarium, local fishing charters, and boating tours on the Calabash River.

Located in St. James, this apartment is near the beach. Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Magic Mountain Fun Park.
