As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open concept floor plan which helps you keep an eye on little ones while preparing meals and stay connected with appreciated ones. A Roku enabled TV in the living room is complemented by two couches that provide a great space to kick back and catch up on your favorite Netflix series after a long day of sun and sand. The covered deck off the living area is the ideal spot for that morning cup of coffee, outdoor dining, and people-watching! A gorgeously updated kitchen features granite counter tops and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
