Striking saltwater pool home with room for the family! Just a short drive to area beaches, eateries and shopping. 8.8 miles to Carolina Beach, 10.2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 8.5 miles to Historic Downtown Wilmington. Close to parks and cross city trail, The Pointe at Barclay for movies and eateries. Home features a first floor bedroom with King bed and attached shared full bathroom. 2nd floor features a second master with 2 queen beds and private bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed across the hall from a powder room, and a loft area for hanging out. Upon entering the home you'll find 2 comfortable living and entertaining areas that flow into the open kitchen and dining room which comfortably seats 8. Out back you'll find a gorgeous yard with salt water pool, palm tree, and mature live oak. Choose from any of our many outdoor seating/gathering areas! Home is now pet friendly for well trained dogs.
