Step outside to appreciate the view from the upstairs sun porch or find refuge on the covered first-floor porch. Appreciate the poly furnishings, bar height observation chairs, 4 rockers, and a bistro-height table with 4 swivel chairs. Telescope lounge chairs (4), are also available. The amenities of a Hobbs Intelligent Home are only one of the extras that make this home A Great Escape.

A private beach-side pool with cushioned furnishings is open from Easter through October for your enjoyment. The upstairs 1st living room and the 2nd living room have new enormous flat screens with surround sound. Extras include a whirlpool tub in the primary bath and bedroom TVs. To make your stay as delightful as possible, interior and exterior upgrades have continued to be added to this home, including new furnishings in both living rooms. You willalso find a professionally equipped kitchen including an air-fryer, a drink refrigerator on the 1st floor for your convenience, an outdoor gas grille, and a hot/cold private outdoor shower. Work remotely, if needed, with high-speed fiber optic cable/Wi-Fi, an HP all-in-one business printer, and office space in the 2nd-floor bedroom.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.
