Guest will appreciate the freshly modernized living room that is very roomy and sitting on the new front deck. New HVAC units were installed in 2021 with energy efficient thermostats.

Sit back and savor the huge screen intelligent TV in the living room overlooking the kitchen and fabulous beverage bar. The kitchen has customized sea shell accents and all the needed culinary tools, pots, pans, and dishes needed to prepare amazing meals.

Guest will appreciate the king master bedroom conveniently located on the main floor with a new
intelligent TV, private bath and shower. Two upstairs queen bedrooms provide additional privacy with intelligent TVs, and each have their own private bathrooms/showers with hair dryers. Wi-Fi is supplied throughout the home.

Double decker back deck was reconstructed in 2019 and provides spectacular vistas and breezes. Pollywood lifeguard chairs located on the upper back deck and Pollywood dining set located on the lower back deck offer guest great places to gather and eat, talk, play cards and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and ocean breezes.

Everything you need for a great vacation is found at this Home away from Home. If fishing and boating is on the agenda, you can quickly walk to the Intercoastal
Waterway within five mins. or boat ramp just four blocks away on the island. If beach walking, shell hunting and finding the famed Memory Mailbox is on your TO
Do list, then you are just a short walk away. When it is time to clean up and wash the sand off, you will find a full size outside shower around back to rinse off after a long day on the beach. We enjoy you using it to keep the sand off our elegant floors.

Located midway between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach is nearly 11 miles in length and offers secluded white sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, the island is a ideal place for beachcombers and joggers to enjoy. Holden Beach has a reputation as a peaceful, family-aligned vacation destination with very little in the way of commercial development. National Geographic Traveler magazine rated Holden Beach one of the best family beaches in the country. The island has a 35-foot height limit for buildings, and most of the commercial property is on the mainland side of the Intercoastal Waterway.. Wireless Internet is available.

Private housekeeper and property manager will inspect home after checkout and notify homeowner after inspection is finished. If there are issues, home is left in bad condition or items are missing the entire deposit will be held.

* 7 nighttime units only during prime rental season (Sunday to Sunday) May 27- August
31. All other units require a 3 nighttime minimum.

*There are 3 cameras on the outside of the property. 1) Located over the garage entry door. 2) Located on the back deck near kitchen window 3) Located on the front deck facing the road. After check-in the cameras are disabled until check out time.
