POOL HEATING NOTE AND LIMITS: This unit has pool heating capabilities during the months of mid-March through mid-May & Labor Day through October. Pool heating is no additional cost to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
