Unlike most OIB beach homes that require long walks to mid-island beach access where you will fight for limited space with countless other homes, East End Oasis is 200 feet from end of island beach access. There is no public parking at end of island which makes this the most private and sparsely populated beach in OIB.

East End Oasis showcases sea vistas to the South & East and vistas of Shallotte Inlet and the Intracoastal waterway from the North & West.

An open 3rd floor great room takes advantage of sea and inlet vistas. A bespoke constructed dining room farm table and an upsized living room leather sectional each have enough seating for your entire family. The kitchen includes quartz countertops, a bespoke glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers to minimize cleanup. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths separate from the main living space in the home.

The second floor includes 4 bedrooms and a central laundry room with upsized washer and dryer. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bespoke tiled surrounds, sliding door with access to a private covered balcony, and generous wall mounted TVs.
